Returns Policy

At Vetpets, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, please review our returns guidelines below:

1. Return Authorisation

All returns must be arranged with the Vetpets/Vetpro sales office before sending any items back.

2. Quality Issues

If a product does not meet expected quality standards, it may be returned to Vetpets/Vetpro for a full credit. Please notify us promptly upon discovering any issues.

3. Incorrect Orders

If you have ordered a product in error, it may be eligible for return only with prior agreement from the Vetpro sales office.
To qualify for a full credit:

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • It must be returned within 20 days of receipt.

4. Unauthorised Returns

Goods returned without prior approval may not be eligible for full credit, unless the error was made by Vetpets/Vetpro.
